Thanks for choosing Tenacle. We take pride in crafting our products with care and premium ingredients. Because our items are consumable, we’re not able to accept returns once a product has left our facility.

Replacements

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Please use the contact form at the bottom of the website and include:

  • Your Order ID
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your message, we’ll review it and send a replacement free of charge when applicable.

Refunds

Because our products are food items, we do not offer refunds except in rare cases where the order could not be fulfilled.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out through the contact form and include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Name and shipping address

We will contact the carrier and help resolve the issue.
