Salt of the Earth
Our Story
Tenacle started in a friend’s kitchen while training for the Squamish50 — mixing real ingredients in a blender because the big-name “hydration” brands weren’t cutting it. Most of them chased margins first and purpose later, wrapping what they considered electrolytes in plastic and calling it innovation.
We don’t do that.
At Tenacle, we build products that actually work — clean ingredients, real doses, and packaging that respects the world we train in. Every jar is recyclable aluminum, every shipment is carbon offset, and every decision is made with the long game in mind.
We’re not trying to be the biggest brand — just the most honest one.

What we stand for
Built Here, For Here
Tenacle exists to support Squamish — its trails, its athletes, and the community that shows up in all conditions.
As the company grows, excess profit will be reinvested locally, helping develop athletes and protect the places they train.
This isn’t a campaign. It’s a long-term commitment.
Tested by Local Athletes
Our products aren’t finalized in isolation. They’re tested, challenged, and shaped by local athletes who use them daily — runners, climbers, cyclists, skiers.
Their feedback directly influences the formula and future products.
If it doesn’t hold up here, it doesn’t ship.
Low Plastic, By Design
We’ve worked hard to reduce plastic as close to zero as possible. Our jars are aluminum and fully recyclable.
Soon, the only plastic remaining will be the safety seal — and we’re actively working to remove even that.
Sustainability isn’t a feature. It’s the baseline.
